We operate a 3-day notice for all group booking cancellations (3 + people) failure to notify the studio will result in cancellation fee.
Client Arrival Time
We want all of our clients to be calm, comfortable and happy within our surroundings, and so we encourage all clients to arrive 5 minutes early for bookings.
This ensures plenty of time to park, check in, refresh and gather yourself and maybe even have a last-minute browse over treatment inspo!
As a courtesy to all clients a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to and late appointments will be handled in accordance with our lateness policy.
Lateness
We kindly ask all clients to give us as much notice as possible if you are running late to your appointment.
Common Interests operates on a 15-minute discretion from your scheduled appointment time. After this time, we are unable to guarantee that we will be able to honour your appointment.
Please note than in the event of a late arrival, we may not be able to carry out the complete treatment and you will be offered an alternative treatment that coincides with the remaining appointment time to ensure your treatment is completed in due time. However you will still be responsible for paying the full value of the treatment that was made at the time of booking.
No shows
Failure to show to your appointment with no notice will result in full payment of treatment.

To do this, painstaking care and attention to detail is required which means we also require full client complicity during treatments.
During treatments we ask that all clients do their utmost to avoid any unnecessary fidgeting and endeavour to remain as still as possible.
Examples of unpreferred fidgeting includes:
Excessive Phone use
Touching hair
Eating/Drinking
Scratching
Brushing hands/nails across other surfaces such as face, clothing, bags etc.
This will allow our technicians to provide the most intricate and complex designs/treatments to the highest standard and your manicures to be long lasting.
